The AI Personality Assessment is a self-report tool designed for personal insight and professional development. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or psychological evaluation. Results reflect self-reported tendencies and should not be used as the sole basis for employment, hiring, promotion, or other consequential decisions.

Accuracy and limitations

While the assessment draws on established behavioral science research, no self-report instrument can capture the full complexity of any individual. Results may vary depending on context, mood, and self-awareness at the time of completion. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of your result.

Intended use

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Intellectual property

The assessment framework, question set, type profiles, scoring methodology, and all associated content are the intellectual property of GrowthUP Partners. You may share your individual result. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use the assessment instrument, scoring engine, or type framework without written permission.

Email communications

If you consent to receive email, we will send your result report and occasional content related to AI adoption. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GrowthUP Partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on its results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
